Our flatmate is moving out as his family is coming back here in SG and will be renting a whole unit, so we need someone to take his common room on 1st of June! You’ll be living with 5 Filipino professionals. The condo is awesome, great facilities ( large pool and newly renovated, gym, bbq pits, etc.) near Dakota MRT, called Sunny Spring, and only 5 min walk from Dakota or Paya lebar MRT. Rent is $860 per month for common room. The room is suited for Couple or Single occupancy. The unit is not allowed to overcrowd as per owner agreement and also for our own convenience, That's why only 2 person is allowed on each room.
